What does a team do when they are down by one run
and down to their last out?
They give great effort and see something incredible happen.
Not only did they compete in their first game
but they earned a 7-6 victory as well.

Baseball bats approved for league use:
I know many of you said you had bats today during out meeting. However, here is an explanation of bats that are approved for league use:
Beginning January 1, 2012, all bats not made of a single piece of wood shall meet the Batted Ball Coefficient of Restitution (BBCOR) performance standard, and such bats shall be labeled with a silkscreen or other permanent certification mark. No post-production BBCOR label, sticker or decal will be accepted on any non-wood bat. There is no list of approved NFHS bats. If a bat has a BBCOR certification mark, the bat is legal. Some bats may have both the BBCOR and BESR certification mark. These bats are legal.
Comment: Bamboo bats are not considered to be made of a single piece of wood, thus are required to have BBCOR certification
Bottom-Line: Your bat must have a BBCOR Certification Mark!
