The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for our area and other parts of Northern California. As a result, the Three Oaks Community Center will have a cooling center in one of its assembly rooms. Three Oaks, which is located at 1100 Alamo Drive, will be open until 8:30 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
