If you can help drive for the teams or are a student driving to practices,

please fill out these VUSD Driving Forms

and return to the Athletic Office with a copy of your

CA Driver's License and Insurance Card:

Need a Physical?

If you still need a physical for Buckingham Athletics, Spring Medical Clinic is available.

You can call them for an appointment as they have appointments available everyday.

Here is the information:

Spring Medical Clinic

1671 E. Monte Vista Ave. #213

Hours: Tuesday (9-5pm), Wednesday (8-4pm), Thursday (9-5pm), Friday (9-5pm) 9:30-5:30pm

and Saturdays (8-12:00pm).

Cost: $55.00 (cash, credit or debit only)

Be sure to bring the necessary VUSD Physical forms to the clinic for proper signatures.
